LBS Aesthetic 终身客户推荐计划条款与细则

奖励制度

​

1. 推荐人成功介绍新客户至 LBS Aesthetic，并完成首次消费后，即可获得该客户所有未来消费的长期佣金。

2. 奖励比例如下：

   • 首次消费：客户实付金额的 10%

   • 后续复购、加购或任何项目消费：同样享有 10% 回酬

3. 奖励计算以客户每次实际支付金额为准，不包括折扣、积分抵扣、赠品或退款部分。

4. 每位客户仅可对应一位推荐人（以客户首次登记资料为准）。

 

发放与结算

​

1. 奖励将在客户完成付款并确认交易后 7–14 个工作日内发放。

2. 支付方式为银行转账至推荐人提供的账户。

3. 若客户申请退款、分期未结清或取消疗程，相关佣金将自动取消或延后发放。

 

资格与条件

​

1. 推荐人须年满 18 岁，并完成个人信息及银行资料登记。

2. 奖励仅限个人，不得转让、共享或重复计算。

3. 内部员工、管理层或其直系亲属不得参与本计划。

 

公司保留权利

1. LBS Aesthetic 保留随时更改、暂停或终止本推荐计划及其条款的权利，恕不另行通知。

2. 若发现虚假推荐、内部串通或欺诈行为，公司有权立即取消资格及奖励。

3. 本计划及所有奖励以 LBS Aesthetic 系统记录为准，最终解释权归 LBS Aesthetic 所有。

Terms & Conditions

​

Commission Structure

​

1. Upon successfully referring a new customer who completes their first purchase at LBS Aesthetic, the referrer will be entitled to lifetime commissions from all future purchases made by that customer.

2. Commission Rate:

   • First Purchase: 10% of total paid amount

   • Subsequent Purchases / Upgrades / Any Services: 10% of total paid amount

3. Commissions are calculated based on the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding discounts, point redemptions, complimentary items, or refunded transactions.

4. Each customer can only be linked to one referrer, determined by the first registered record.

 

Payment Terms

1. Commissions will be issued within 7–14 working days after the customer’s payment is confirmed.

2. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the registered account of the referrer.

3. In cases of refunds, unpaid installments, or service cancellations, the related commission will be voided or postponed.

 

Eligibility

​

1. Referrers must be at least 18 years old and complete personal and banking information registration.

2. Commissions are non-transferable, non-shareable, and cannot be duplicated.

3. LBS Aesthetic employees, management members, or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

Rights & Disclaimers

​

1. LBS Aesthetic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program and its terms without prior notice.

2. Any fraudulent, false, or collusive referrals will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.

3. All program records and rewards will be based on LBS Aesthetic’s internal system data, and the company reserves the final right of interpretation.
